· Laptop or computer

· Modem

Steps :

1. Turn on your computer or your laptop
2. Enter the mozila or opera, etc.
3. Write the address www.blogger.com
4. Before you make blog you must have e-mail first
5. After you have e-mail, and entered www.blogger.com you can klik the orange arrow that says CREATE YOUR BLOG
6. After that show the page , and contents of the existing provisions
7. After that give your blog name according to yourself
8. Select your template blogger, according yourself
9. Klik continue and your blogger have done.
